Fiesta!!

This past weekend we had a fiesta for Kelee and Kyle in T-Town. We had a lot of fun... We started the day out with the air show from Lindsey and Ryan's backyard. It was really cool! The bad news is that I got really sunburned...It still hurts!!

Carol of Bells...

Last night, my family and I went to see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. All I can say is that it was AWESOME!!! The music, the lights, the pyrotechnics, it was so neat. I could not believe how talented these musicians were. I had dreaded going all day, and now I am happy that I went. My favorite song was Carol of Bells. That song is what is on the video above. This video doesn't do this group justice, but I really hope you all enjoy it!!

My New Obsession...

So, I went to see Twilight this past weekend, and now I have been morphed into a Edward Cullen fanatic!! The movie was incredible!!! I am now reading New Moon, the sequel to Twilight and I can't put it down. It is really sad that my life is being controlled by a book, but if you read the books you will know what I am talking about...

Karaoke Queen!!!

You name it, we sang it...We all sang karaoke last night. What a blast!!! We had so much fun. There was a wide variety of songs performed by the artists...Redneck Woman, Genie in a Bottle, Your Man, I Love Rock and Roll, Love Shack, G Thang, and even the Star Spangled Banner. Best voice went to Tim, and best performer was of course me!! I was born to entertain. Hope you like all of the photos!!

Maggie May

I went home this weekend to meet my new sister, Maggie. She is a Morkie. She is a Maltese and Yorkie mix. She is 12 weeks old and weighs 2 lbs. She is the cutest thing ever, except for Hagen.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas....

So, I got really bored this week and decided to put up my Christmas tree. I know I am a little early, but I really love Christmas and this way I get to enjoy it a little longer. I hope you all love the festive background and Christmas songs on my blog. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

God of the Suddenlies

Our God is a God of the suddenlies! Suddenly, He can turn your situation around. Suddenly, He can give you the break you need. You may have been dealing with the same problem for ten years. It may look like it’s never going to change, but in a split second, God can totally resolve it. No matter how long it’s been, no matter what you’re facing, you’ve got to believe that God is full of surprises. One touch of His favor and He can move the wrong people out of your life and move the right people into your life. One touch of God’s favor and He can take you from having barely enough to having more than enough. You may not see how it’s all going to work out, but you don’t have to figure it all out. Your part is to simply believe; to get up each day in faith, expecting God’s favor. Expect something good to happen to you today. Expect God to surprise you. Remember, He’s a God of the suddenlies and He can suddenly turn around any situation you may be facing!

A Prayer for Today

Father in heaven, today I come to You, giving You my cares and worries. I believe that You are working behind the scenes and expect You to suddenly turn things in my favor. Thank You for everything You are doing in my life. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
